Communicating During a Safety Incident

Communicating During a Safety Incident

The safety and well-being of our students and staff is our top priority. In light of recent events and an increased social climate of concern for safety, we want to share how we as a district communicate during and after safety incidents.

We recognize these incidents can be unsettling and even traumatic. We hope that by sharing our practices, you will understand better how we communicate with families.

Please see below for how we communicate about lockdowns, police activity and safety threats.

Not getting communication? Update your information by logging into ParentVUE through an internet browser, or call your school office.
