Use ParentSquare to Connect with Teachers and Schools
ParentSquare is for communication. It’s where you stay in the loop and connect with your child’s school. With ParentSquare, you can:
- Send and receive messages from teachers and staff
- Get updates by email, text or app notification
- Message teachers, principals and staff directly
- Share and receive photos and files
- Sign up for conferences
- View calendar items
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Use it to stay informed and ask questions

Tip: You can customize how and when you receive messages in ParentSquare by choosing your preferred notification method—email, text or app—and timing—Instant or Digest—for each school. We recommend turning on text notifications and using the Digest setting to get one daily message with all non-urgent posts, while urgent alerts still come through right away.
Use ParentVUE to View and Update Student Records
ParentVUE is for checking your student’s information and progress. With ParentVUE, you can:
- See grades and report cards
- Check attendance
- View class schedules
- Check graduation requirements and progress
- Review course history
- Complete online verification each year (update emergency contacts, health info, etc.)
- View all your students’ records
- Translate information into your preferred language
