Highline Council PTSA Senior Scholarship
Hey seniors: The Highline Council Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) wants to give you a scholarship! They are currently seeking applications from high school seniors for its scholarship program, with awards ranging from $250 to $1,000.
Scholarships can be used to attend an accredited college, university or vocational institute.
Eligibility to Apply
To be considered eligible for a Highline Council PTSA scholarship, the applicant must be:
- Living within Highline Public Schools boundaries
- Currently enrolled in a Highline Public Schools high school
- Graduating in June 2024
High school seniors do not need to attend a high school that has a PTA or PTSA.

Completed applications must be postmarked by May 1. Additional questions may be requested by Melissa Ebbeson at melissa.ebbeson@gmail.com or council@highlinecouncilptsa.org.
Funds Distribution
Prior to disbursement of funds, recipients will be required to submit a student enrollment certificate or proof of tuition bill upon entry into their school of higher education. Funds may be used towards tuition or textbooks and anything that is school related. Please allow 45 days for processing, then a check will be mailed directly to parent/guardian or scholarship recipient.
